Administration

The Conservatorium has three separate offices.

The Hartley office is open from 9-5 Monday to Friday with a lunch break from 1-2pm.   You can book rooms in Hartley, Schulz and Madley buildings, get keys for those rooms and make general enquiries here.   It includes the following staff:

• Judy Bernardt (Executive Assistant)
• Robyn Green (Finance Officer)
• Victoria Donald (Executive Officer)

The Elder Hall office is open from 9am to 12 noon and then 2-5pm Monday to Friday.  You can book the teaching rooms in Elder Hall, get keys for those rooms and make enquiries about administration of undergraduate programs here.  (Enquiries about Elder Hall itself should be made through the Concert Manager by phoning 8303 5925.)  The Elder Hall office includes the following staff:

The Schulz office is located on the 11th floor and is open from 9-5 Monday to Friday with a lunch break from 12.30-1.30pm.  You can make enquiries about any of the pre-degree VET programs here, including any administrative issues.  It includes the following staff:

• Samantha Mack (Administrative Officer - VET Programs)

Enquiries about Postgraduate programs are made to Associate Professor Kimi Coaldrake.

Enquiries about academic matters are made to the Heads of Studies.
